For teenagers, things will not be as easy as pre-teens because they encounter different mental and physical changes. You need to support them, such as make sure they have adequate sleep, eat nutritious food and check their skin health. There are some similar steps of skincare routine in pre-teens and teenagers. The difference is, teenagers can use a toner after cleanser. They can also spray face mist over the face and neck. This will help them to keep their skin hydrated and their face will be fresher. Let it sink in without rubbing. Some teenagers may need a serum to apply after spraying the face mist. Serum fends off air pollution and brightens the skin. Then, they can use moisturizer. Never forget to apply sunscreen to protect your skin from sun exposure.
