As its name suggests, crystal skin is a clean and transparent finish on the complexion, (like glass ) and it rose from one of our most admired beauty routines, the Korean one. We know that they achieve it in a lot of steps , but in order for you to practise it without it seeming impossible, we have decided to reduce the ritual to just 3 key parts that will make you achieve that translucent effect on your face. Let us begin!
1.Double cleaning
What Eastern women have taught us is that you should start washing your face with a cleansing balm or oil to wash away all the accumulated grease and dirt.
Once you rinse it off, apply another water – based cleanser , either gel, foam, or micelles. This second disappears the remains of impurities that remained, without drying out your skin. Remember to apply the oil-based cleanser first, then the water-based one.
2. Tonic + essence
After the above, it is important to put a toner that goes according to your type of complexion so that it restores its pH without harming it, you will feel totally clean and fresh !
Then, we suggest you spray some essence, which is responsible for stimulating the cell renewal process and calming any type of irritation .
3. Use Serum
This is our favourite part, since it involves using several serums: First, apply the liquid treatment that controls problems such as hyperpigmentation, acne, rosacea, wrinkles, etc.
Then apply a serum that provides vitality and luminosity and, finally, seal everything with a super moisturising cream. At this point, your glass effect skin is secured!
TIP: Once a week, let your skin rest from step 3 and, in its place, apply your favourite sheet mask. Product rotation prevents the dermis from getting used to formulas and therefore their effects are more powerful .
