If you already have your beauty routine more than assumed, but you notice that “you are missing something”, that is because you need a facial device that will help you complete your daily cleansing.

IF YOUR SKIN IS OILY OR NEEDS DEEP CLEANING

If your face is exposed to numerous contaminants, because you live or work in a big city, it will need maximum hygiene to be radiant. The lack of hydration makes it feel tight and dull, so contact with water is great for it. Yours are cleaners with rinsing.

  • For oilier skin, better purifying ingredients, such as salicylic acid or zinc.
  • If it is normal or mixed, opt for moisturizing assets, such as glycerin.
  • If your skin is thick, spread the product with a brush to distribute it better and remove impurities from the skin.
  • Use daily products that require rinsing with water.
  • Get 2 exfoliations a week. Creams that are very descaling are suitable for your skin.
  • Avoid cleansers that contain stronger surfactants (sulfates) in favor of others equally effective and more respectful of your skin (betaines and glycosides).

IF YOUR SKIN IS NORMAL OR A COMBINATION…

You have the advantage of being able to combine the textures according to your tastes. Since your skin accepts all kinds of cleansers, with or without water, it is best to choose it according to your preferences or the time of year. In the hottest times, opt for a cleansing gel with rinsing and if you notice that your skin is (or is) slightly dry, opt for make-up remover milk.

  • Do not forget your daily cleaning with products with or without water.
  • Exfoliate your skin once a week with a product with small microgranules (the smaller they are, the softer) to complete your hygiene routine.
  • You should avoid textures that cause you a feeling of tightness or irritation. The goal is for your skin to be radiant, but using the products that give you the most comfort.

SENSITIVE AND/OR REACTIVE SKIN

Your skin is demanding and appreciates slightly more creamy textures. Today’s cleansing milk and creams are thin and not greasy (they don’t occlusive or leave shine). If you prefer contact with water, micellar oils or make-up removers are a very interesting option, especially if your skin is mature. They are applied dry to remove traces of fat and then water is added.

  • Use soft products for your daily cleaning
  • Do an enzyme peel every week. It is softer because the products do not include abrasive particles, but active ingredients that are dissolved in the cream and are not noticeable to the touch (papaya and pineapple extracts, papain).
  • Avoid rinsing off the scrub immediately. Leave it for 5 to 15 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water.

DO YOU HAVE VERY SENSITIVE SKIN?

Your skin is very delicate and needs cleansers for sensitive skin that are hypoallergenic and non-comedogenic, that is, they do not cause pimples or blackheads, to minimize the risk of skin problems. Fresh and light micellar waters are perfect for this type of skin, as they only contain a small proportion of surfactants.

If your skin is atopic and especially reactive (redness, itching), the best option is a pharmacy dermo-cosmetic product with the same physiological pH as the skin that protects against dryness.
